Papa John’s biennial Franchise Conference brings its global franchise community together to align around the future of the brand. For 1,200 attendees in Orlando, I led creative project management across the full attendee experience, connecting executive messaging, show content, environmental creative, wayfinding, signage, scenic development, and a separate high-energy Pizza Games production into one cohesive creative program.
