winner of “Chief Marketers” Best brand partnership & collaboration in 2026
The brief
To celebrate 30 years of Toy Story, Levi’s®, Disney, and Pixar joined forces on a limited-edition collection rooted in the characters, nostalgia, and unmistakable world of the films. Our challenge was to take that collaboration beyond the product, creating larger-than-life environments that could immerse fans in the story while translating seamlessly across three distinct U.S. markets.
What I Led
~
What I Led ~
Concept Development & Experiential Strategy
Helped shape the larger-than-life creative direction from its earliest stages, developing how the campaign could move beyond traditional retail into an immersive world that invited guests to physically step inside the Toy Story story.
Fabrication & Build Management
Acted as the primary liaison between creative teams and fabricators, monitoring the build from design development through production and installation to ensure highly detailed, larger-than-life elements translated successfully from render to reality.
Client Leadership & Multi-Brand Pitching
Served as the sole production lead throughout the pitch process, presenting directly to stakeholders across Levi’s®, Disney, and Pixar and navigating the creative, operational, and brand considerations of three globally recognized partners.
Multi-Market Production Logistics
Built the run of show and coordinated production across three distinct U.S. locations, each requiring its own footprint, installation strategy, retail considerations, and operational plan while maintaining one cohesive campaign story.
Creative Development & Production Translation
Owned creative iterations throughout development, translating evolving concepts into executable production solutions while protecting the original creative intent across environments, materials, fabrication, and guest experience.
On-Site Production Leadership
Led critical installation and deinstallation work across markets, including Century City and Florida installations and the Hollywood deinstall, managing vendors, builds, handoffs, and real-time production needs on the ground.
execution
Three locations brought one unified story to life. Century City served as the experience-first centerpiece, transforming the space into a fully realized Woody’s Roundup world designed for immersion, celebration, and cultural impact. Retail executions extended the campaign through immersive photo moments, exclusive merchandise, environmental storytelling, and a cohesive suite of branded touchpoints, balancing the playfulness of Toy Story with Levi’s® craftsmanship.
